The Case
Employment Unfair dismissal . Having considered the available evidence, the Employment Appeal Tribunal upheld the employment tribunal's finding that the claimant had been an employee of the employer company, but remitted the claimant's unfair dismissal claim to a fresh tribunal for reconsideration on the question of whether the claimant should be granted an extension of time to lodge his claim.
