The Case

The Employment Appeal Tribunal upheld the employment tribunal's findings that certain complaints of sexual discrimination, harassment and victimisation made by the employee had been made out as the tribunal had correctly and demonstrably applied the law to the facts found, had taken into account the respondents' evidence and had given adequate reasons for its decisions.
