The Case
In making an anti-social behaviour order in respect of the defendant prohibiting him from entering an exclusion zone where his partner lived, the recorder had addressed all relevant factors and could not be said to have taken into account any irrelevant factors when making his order. Accordingly, there was no basis on which it could be said the recorder had erred.
