Sentence - Imprisonment - Length of sentence - Possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply - Whether sentence manifestly excessive.
Sentence Imprisonment. The defendant's sentence of four years and eight months' imprisonment for an offence of possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply was quashed and substituted with a sentence of two years' imprisonment, in view of the amount of drugs he had been sentenced for, namely 98.34g of amphetamine.
