Unfair dismissal Determination whether dismissal fair or unfair. The employer charity's appeal against the decision by an employment tribunal to uphold the employee's claim of unfair dismissal pursuant to of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and s 98(4) of that Act was dismissed in circumstances where there were no merits in the grounds of appeal and no error of law in the tribunal's decision.
