The Case

In the instant case, the district judge had not erred in inferring that the appellant had fled from justice in 1995 and that he should be extradited on an European arrest warrant which had been issued in 2006 as he had hidden from the authorities of the requesting state. It was the kind of case with which the Divisional Court would be slow to interfere.
