The Case
Where the applicant company raised numerous pleas in support of its application for annulment of a decision of the European Commission, whereby the Commission found that a number of undertakings had infringed art81 EC and art53 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area by participating in a cartel on a certain market, all of its pleas had to be rejected.
