The Case

Sentence Mandatory life sentence. Where the offender had been found guilty of the commission of two murders in cold blood, a minimum term of 18 years, less the period of 8 months and 6 days for time spent in custody on remand, was set on a review pursuant to to the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
