The Case
European community Employment. The Court of Justice of the European Communities gave a preliminary ruling as to the interpretation of art8(1) and (2) of Council Directive (EEC) 91-533 (on an employer's obligation to inform employees of the conditions applicable to the contract or employment relationship) as to the scope of the Directive as employees under temporary contracts.
