The Case
Sentence Imprisonment. Court of Appeal, Criminal Division: A sentence of 18 months' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant who had pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods would be reduced to 12 months' imprisonment, in line with a reduction in the sentence of his co-defendant on appeal.
