Sentence - Imprisonment - Length of sentence - Robbery - Defendant and co-accused being sentenced to eight years' imprisonment - Co-accused's term being reduced on appeal - Whether defendant's term should be reduced in line with that of co-accused
There being no grounds to distinguish the defendant's involvement in a robbery from that of his co-accused, his sentence would be reduced from eight years to six in line with the Court of Appeal's earlier decision on the co-accused.
