The Case
The defendant's the sentence of six-and-a-half years' imprisonment for an offence of robbery was quashed and substituted by a sentence of four-and-a-half years' imprisonment, in circumstances where the defendant had grabbed a wallet from a 68-year-old man walking in the street with the aid of a stick.
