The Case
Criminal law Procedure. The 15th amendment to the Consolidated Criminal Practice Direction (Treatment of Vulnerable Defendants, Binding Over Orders and Conditional Discharges, Settling the Indictment, Management of Cases to be heard in the Crown Court and Forms for Use in Criminal Proceedings), amended PtsIII and IV, and Annexes D and E of that Practice Direction. It set out the text which was to be inserted into PtsIII and IV and the forms that were to be added to Annexes D and E, and identified material to be deleted. The amendments to Annex D inserted two new forms and substituted one form, and there were seven new forms which added to and replaced various forms in Annex E.
