The Case
Family proceedings Orders in family proceedings. In the instant case, it was not plain to see how the justices had reached their decision in respect of an application for parental responsibility where they had not set out a clear chronology of the facts and had made no reference to the credibility of the witnesses. Accordingly, the decision would be quashed and remitted for a fresh consideration.
