The Case
Employment tribunal Procedure. In the circumstances the chairman of the employment tribunal had erred in effectively deciding the substantive issue against the claimant on the papers, without permitting him to advance his case, and in striking out the claims of unfair dismissal and dismissal on grounds of protected disclosure.
