Family proceedings - Orders in family proceedings - Adoption Order - Special guardianship order - Whether Judge correct in holding that adoption order appropriate.
On the facts of the instant case, the judge had been entitled to reach the conclusion that that the child's particular welfare needs required the making of an adoption order, and that a special guardianship order would be insufficient to ensure the long term security and stability of the placement.
