The Case
In a dispute that arose concerning the existence of a plumbing and heating business partnership between the parties, the court found: (i) that the parties had formed an equal partnership; (ii) the partnership had been in existence from the outset of the business; and (iii) the premises that the parties had purchased, and from which the business operated, was a partnership asset.
