The Case
The Employment Appeal Tribunal dismissed the employee's appeal against the employment tribunal's decision, inter alia, that the Greater Manchester Police Authority's course of conduct was not the effective cause of her resignation as, on the evidence, the tribunal had been entitled to reach its conclusions.
