The Case

The claimant asylum seeker's appeal against the decisions of the adjudicator and the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, refusing his claim for asylum, was dismissed on the ground that the adjudicator had been entitled to dismiss his claim on the evidence provided by him in support of his claim.
