In allowing an appeal against the refusal of a return order in child abduction proceedings, the Court of Appeal gave guidance on the procedure to be followed in relation to applications under Council Regulation (EC) 2201-2003 (concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and in matter of parental responsibility) which had been incorporated into the .
