The Case
In proceedings concerning the recovery of monies pursuant to a factoring agreement with the second defendant, the court ruled, inter alia, that on the true construction of the general and particular conditions of the factoring arrangement, the second defendant's domestic debts were not within he scope of the factoring agreement.
