The Case
On an application for an order pursuant to CPR31.22, SI1998-3132, restraining the publication or disclosure of information contained in certain documents relating to a summary judgment application in the instant proceedings for breach of confidence, the court held that very good reasons existed for departing from the normal rule of publicity and, accordingly, made the order sought.
