The Case
The employee's appeal against the employment tribunal's decision to dismiss his claim for unfair dismissal was unsuccessful on the grounds that the issues that the employee had based his appeal on were questions of fact and there had been no error of law. Further, contrary to the employee's claim, he had no right to require his employer to retire him medically.
