The Case
of the Children Act 1989 did not make provision for the attachment of any conditions for any orders made under that section. A s91(14) order could properly be made without limit of time or for the period over which the court, absent exceptional circumstances, had jurisdiction to make orders in relation to children under s8 of the Act.
