Solicitor - Will - Appointment of executors and trustees - Limited liability partnership - Standard form clause appointing partners in firm of solicitors as executors and trustees - Firm merging with another firm and subsequently converting to limited liability partnership - Whether probate should be granted to members of limited liability partnership.
Where a testatrix had made a will appointing partners in a firm of solicitors as executors and that firm had subsequently converted to a limited liability partnership probate should be granted to the applicants who were profit sharing members of the limited liability partnership.
