Contribution - Third party proceedings - Claim 'in respect of the same damage' - Pt 20 claim brought against insolvency practitioner - Allegation that firm in breach of duty to exercise care, skill and diligence in giving advice - Whether claims for contribution misconceived - (Contribution) Act 1978 - , s 212.
In respect of certain contribution claims made against the Pt20 defendant in connection with claims against the Pt20 claimants pursuant to s212 of the the court ruled that there was an insufficient basis for establishing a contribution claim but that the claim should not be struck out or dismissed as it might be amended.
