The Case
In respect of certain contribution claims made against the Pt20 defendant in connection with claims against the Pt20 claimants pursuant to s212 of the the court ruled that there was an insufficient basis for establishing a contribution claim but that the claim should not be struck out or dismissed as it might be amended.
