The Case
In the circumstances of the case, the fact that a meeting had taken place between the appellant and a former member of the respondent's former solicitors did not provide grounds for striking out either an employment tribunal claim brought by the appellant, or her appeal to the Court of Appeal which arose out of those proceedings.
