The Case
In all the circumstances, the offender's minimum term would be maintained at 16 years' imprisonment for the murder of two people in the course of an armed robbery when a co-defendant had shot them first to disable them, and then shot them in the head. However, the minimum term would be reduced by the time spent by the offender on remand.
