The Case
Pursuant to the summary disposal procedure under ss810 of the it was held that a book written by the first defendant and published by the second defendant entitled 'Funding Evil, How Terrorism is FinancedAnd How to Stop it' was libellous of the claimants in so far as it alleged, inter alia, that they were involved in funding Al Qaeda. Each claimant was awarded damages of 10,000.
