The Case
The claimant's claims for declarations and accounts based on constructive trust and proprietary estoppel in respect of certain properties were dismissed in circumstances where he had failed to establish that he had concluded any agreement or arrangement for 50-50 ownership or participation in profits as regards any of those properties.
