Will - Testator - Testamentary capacity - Testator omitting daughters from last will - Whether testator having relevant testamentary capacity.
On the claimants' application for proof in solemn form of a will, the court decided that on the evidence, the testator had not had the relevant testamentary capacity. Accordingly, it pronounced against the validity of that will, and in favour of an earlier will.
