Sentencing - Being knowingly concerned in the importation of controlled drugs - Custodial sentence - Whether duration of custodial sentence manifestly excessive.
A total sentence of ten years' imprisonment arising out of drug related offences was reduced on appeal to eight years' imprisonment, to reflect the fact that the defendant had not been involved as heavily as another defendant who had also received ten years' imprisonment.
