Contract - Breach - Fixed term contract - Football manager - Whether manager in breach of contract.
In an appeal against the dismissal of the claimant football club's claim against its former manager for damages for breach of various contractual and fiduciary duties, it was clear that the judge had come to the conclusion that the defendant had acted honestly, and that that conclusion was objectively justified.
