Will - Testator - Soundness of mind - Whether testator lacking testamentary capacity.
On the evidence it was clear that the will of 23 August 2000, naming the defendants as beneficiaries, should be pronounced against and that there were no obstacles to the admission to probate of the 1968 will, naming the claimant sole beneficiary and executor.
