Contempt of court - Committal - Breach of court orders - Whether committal application should be further adjourned.
In the circumstances of the instant case, the court refused the claimant's application to dismiss the defendant company's application to commit him for contempt of court, but granted him one last chance to purge his contempt by complying with court orders made in July 2004.
