The Case
There was no individual right to complain by an employee, who was an 'affected employee' for the purposes of reg10 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981, SI1981-1794, when a transferee failed to provide the information to a transferor as required by reg10(3).
