The Case
In giving guidance on the issue of amendments being made to notices of appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, it decided, in the instant case, that even if it considered that the proposed amendments to the notice of appeal raised a point of law that would have given the appeal a reasonable prospect of success at a full hearing, the appeal tribunal would, nevertheless, have refused to allow them.
