Housing - Local authority houses - Tenant's right to buy - Service of notice - Whether necessary to post letter to particular department or to local authority's general mail address.
An RTB1 form in respect of an application to buy a council house had been properly served when it was received by an agent of local authority who was authorised to receive it on the authority's behalf.
