The Case
The court dismissed the appellant's appeal pursuant to s26 of the against the refusal of the district judge in an extradition hearing to re-open the issue of the identity of the person named in the warrant pursuant to s7(2) of the Act, in circumstances where the court was satisfied that the relevant conditions in s27(3) of the Act had not been satisfied.
