The Case
The claimant school's application pursuant to s9(1) of the Education (Objections to Admission Arrangements) Regulations 1999, for judicial review of the defendant adjudicator's decision that he had jurisdiction to determine a second objection to the claimant's admission arrangements was dismissed, in circumstances where the court was satisfied that reg9(1) did not prevent the defendant from determining that second objection.
