In applications for the annulment of Council Decisions which refused the applicant access to documents relating to Council Decisions (EC) 2002-848, 2002-947 and 2003-480, which implemented art2(3) of Council Regulation (EC) 2580-2001 (on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism), the applications in respect of two decisions, and part of the application in respect of one decision would be dismissed as unfounded, and the remaining part of that application would be dismissed as inadmissible.
