Agriculture - Livestock premiums - Minimum level of spot-checks - Minimum level of checks not attainable by including checks in respect of other aid schemes - Commission Regulation (EEC) 3887/92, arts 6(1), (3), (5).
Having regard to the provisions of art6 of Commission Regulation (EEC)3887-92, the minimum level of checks required by art6(5) thereof had to be met in respect of each aid scheme to which it applied. Accordingly, where insufficient checks had been carried out in relation to the special beef premium under Council Regulation (EEC)805-68, the minimum level of checks required could not be attained by including checks carried out in respect of other livestock premiums.
