Children - Residence order - Permanent removal from jurisdiction - Cross applications by mother and father.
Where a mother sought to appeal the judge's decision to allow the children to move to Dubai to live with their father, the judge had had regard to the statutory checklist, and all of the changes that would have occurred in the event of either relocation, and could not be criticised in his balancing of the issues.
