The Case
The applicant's application to annul a decision of the board of appeal dismissing its appeal from the opposition division was dismissed since the decision of the opposition division upholding the applicant's opposition to an application to register a Community trade mark did not adversely affect the applicant even though the opposition was not upheld on the basis of all the trade marks put forward as grounds of opposition.
