Contracts - Formation - Auction - Sale of land - Rectification of register - Dispute as to inclusion of part of land - Consideration of evidence.
The claimant's application for the rectification of the register to show that the owner's accommodation had been included in the hotel purchased at auction was allowed as the court concluded, inter alia, that the property intended to be sold was as described in the addendum and the plan showing the ground floor only.
