Practice and procedure - Service of process - Service out of the jurisdiction - Appropriate forum - Judge adopting correct approach on application to set aside leave to serve out of the jurisdiction.
In refusing to set aside permission to serve the claim form out of the jurisdiction in a libel action, the judge had taken an overall view of the appropriate forum, as he had been obliged to do
