Bankruptcy and individual insolvency - Statutory demand - Application to set aside - Provable debt - Costs orders - Debtors claiming costs orders not specifying amount owed to each defendant in original proceedings - Debtors claiming creditor not entitled to serve statutory demands for total amount of costs orders.
The debtors' appeal against the registrar's dismissal of their applications to set two statutory demands aside was dismissed on the basis that the registrar had been correct to reject the debtors' submissions that, inter alia, the creditor was not owed the entire amount of the debt.
