The Case
The employer's appeal against the employment tribunal's finding that the employee had been unfairly dismissed was allowed on the basis, inter alia, that the appeal tribunal were not satisfied that the tribunal, in applying themselves to the particular matters they had to consider, had in fact applied the band of reasonable responses test.
