The Case
In the instant case, the employment tribunal had dealt with all the relevant issues in its determination, and on the basis of its findings of fact as to the dismissal procedures carried out by the employer, it had been right to find that the employee's dismissal had been procedurally unfair and that the employee had been unfairly dismissed.
