Sentencing - Possession of offensive weapon - Fine - Amount.
In the circumstances of the case, having regard to the level of criminality of the offence and the defendant's previous circumstances, and taking into account both his guilty plea and the three-and-a-half months which he had spent remanded in custody, the fine of 2,500 imposed on the defendant for an offence of possession of a machete was not excessive.
